Join a dynamic team, creating high-end kiosks, CD-ROMs, in-store demos and animated sales presentations for a variety of multinational companies. We are looking for an experienced multimedia Art Director with the ability to take the creative lead on multiple projects.

Responsible for leading creative teams in the successful creation and production of design solutions for assigned accounts. Following the creative direction of senior creative and/or account staff, plans and directs all aspects of assigned projects and serves as an integral member of the creative team.

The ideal candidate will show proficiency in a multitude of skills, including: strong design and type skills, user interface, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, a working knowledge of Macromedia Director and Adobe After Effects. This person also needs to exhibit strong communication skills (both oral and written) to enable him/her to lead the creative team and present concepts to the client.

• Accountable for leading teams in all phases of creative work on assigned accounts, effectively interpreting creative direction and ensuring its execution
• Executes high quality design work on assigned projects
• Fully accountable for monitoring budgets and schedules on assigned accounts, and for selecting and negotiating with vendors/freelancers
• Relied upon to concept, design and lead the development of high quality creative work that consistently addresses clients' needs
• Serves as one of the key creative contacts on assigned accounts
• Participates in some new business development by helping to draft solid creative briefs and participating in presentations. Attends most, if not all, client meetings on assigned accounts to persuade and/or defend creative solutions
• Assists in the development of budgets and schedules
• Serves as a team manager and coach and regularly reviews the work of junior creative staff Requirements:
• Bachelor¹s Degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or other related design discipline plus a minimum of 5 years relevant (preferably agency) experience in advertising, brand management and new media communications, including some team leading experience
• Solid knowledge of the creative requirements of high-bandwidth digital media
• Proven ability to develop and lead solid creative solutions in the above area
• Experience in developing creative solutions in at least two client industries for a broad range of problems
• Solid knowledge of steps required in the creative development process to staff projects effectively, provide guidance to achieve creative direction, give timely and helpful coaching to improve creative and produce all work cost effectively and on schedule
• In depth understanding of marketing technologies to utilize them effectively in work
